You'll learn the front and back crawls and the basics of breaststroke and butterfly. Develop endurance for lap swimming, too. In class, you will refine stroke technique, breath control, starts and turns, and endurance work. This class is a great precursor to joining the WAC Masters Swim Team, lap swimming or triathlon training. Pilates will work your core in a whole new way. Yoga Private yoga instruction tailored to your experience and goals. S tarts at $75 Boxing Learn boxing fundamentals, speed Pilates Apparatus Pilates is the ideal core workout. Aqua Boot Camp A high-intensity, low-impact workout for athletes and non-athletes alike who want a tough workout without aggravating knees, hips and other injury-prone joints. F riday: 10:45–11:45 am Aqua Zumba This class gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splash, stretch and twist your way to better fitness. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, this class offers a safe and challenging water-based workout that includes cardio conditioning, body toning, and exhilaration. Monday: 11–11:45 am Tuesday/Thursday: 6:45–7:45 am Joints in Motion Ease joint and muscle pain. This class takes participants through gentle rangeof-motion, joint-mobility and flexibility exercises. It is appropriate for those suffering from arthritis or muscle pain and stiffness or those recovering from an injury.
