Large group training classes such as Power Lunch involve up to 10 participants and often feature kettlebells, plyometric exercises, agility drills, suspended band pullups, and training ladders. In other words, you're going to be pushed, and you're going to see results. Knowing you're in it with others is sometimes all it takes to stay motivated and discover a fitness level you previously thought impossible. Before you know it, you'll be the one texting the reminders.
