Williams 2010 Archery Summit, "Premier Cuvée," Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, Oregon Tasting Notes: Sourced from five of the best vineyards in the Willamette Valley, this wine features a marionberrycolored rim with cherry, pomegranate and currants drifting up to tantalize your nose. The palate shows flavors of strawberry, blueberry, gingerbread and stone. This wine is vivacious with clean lines and a lingering finish that will complement any of the new happy hour items at Hagerty's and Torchy's. Discovery: If you have the chance to visit this beautiful establishment, a trip to the cave is highly recommended. Nestled 60 feet below ground and modeled after the subterranean cellars of the Côte-d'Or, this gravity-flow bottling and cellaring facility pays homage to traditional Pinot Noir methods. — Sara A.
