Monday: 10–10:45 am Get Fit Step This is a low-intensity step class with easy-to-follow choreography. Fun music and a motivational and entertaining instructor will help you shape up and have some fun at an easy pace. Friday: 10–10:45 am Get Fit Water Exercise A low-impact, fun and invigorating workout. Tuesday/ Wednesday/ Thursday: 11–11:45 am Get Fit Yoga A gentle yoga class with emphasis on lengthening muscles, breathing and relaxation. Tuesday/ Thursday: 8:30–9:45 am Wednesday: 4–5 pm GROUP TRAINING Group training offers most of the benefits of personalized training as well as the camaraderie and competitive spirit of a group dynamic. Bond Girl Kettlebells Women-only kettlebells. Instructor approval required. Thursday: 5:15–6 pm Kettlebell Basics Beginner's series starts at the beginning of every month. Wednesday: 5:15–6 pm Power Lunch Total-body strength and cardio conditioning. Tuesday/ Thursday: noon Power Swing Metabolic kettlebell workout. Instructor approval required. Monday: 5:15–6 pm Xcelerate This high-intensity program involves multiphase workouts designed to keep your body guessing and getting stronger. Clients will learn proper form, proper using the leverage of various positions to improve muscular strength and endurance. Monday: 6:30–7:30 pm Tuesday/Thursday: 9:45–10:30 am (express) Friday: 6–7 am, 11–11:45 am (express) TRX Core Core strength and abdominal work. Saturday: 10–10:30 am Zumba The joy of movement inspired by Latin rhythms, hip-hop and funk keeps you moving through the hour. Monday: 5:30–6:30 pm See Dance Cardio for more times YOGA Hatha Yoga Improve your strength, flexibility and balance. Monday/Friday: 4–5 pm Tuesday/Thursday: 12–1 pm Tuesday/Thursday: 7–8 am Sunday: 10:15–11:30 am Vinyasa Fluid transitions between poses, linking body, breath and alignment. Wednesday: 5:15–6:15 pm Restorative Yoga Supplement your regular yoga practice with this gentler and slower paced style of yoga. Props assist therapeutic poses. Saturday: 8:30–9:30 am GET FIT CLASSES Get Fit classes are designed for adults seeking a more gentle or entry level workout. These classes are $10 or free with Fitness Advantage. Get Fit Stretch and strengthen your body. Tuesday/ Wednesday/ Thursday: 10–10:45 am progressions, and will be educated on the proper program for them. Periodization is a critical component of this program and creates different loads and intensities, allowing you to gain lean muscle and reduce body fat. Trainers Will Whatley and Mona Caravetta will lead you each step of the way and help you determine the best exercises to achieve optimal results.
