She has three sisters and one brother. ✪ She gave birth to her first baby, Zoë Elixandra, this past December ✪ She was born in Mexico City, and Spanish was her first language. ✪ She has two chihuahuas. DID YOU KNOW? ✪ Quentin has three kids—two boys and one girl, ages 18, 15 and 12. ✪ He was born and raised in Seattle and has spent most of his life living in West Seattle. ✪ He has five siblings, one of whom, Josh, also works in banquets. DID YOU KNOW? ✪ Leslie is a mother of two sons, whom she calls adorable. One is 8 years old and the other is 8 months old. ✪ During her time off, she enjoys going to the park and the beach, listening to music, and Skyping with her family back in El Salvador. ✪ She loves watching television, and her favorite show is New Girl. Teamworks BEN STANTON BANQUET SUPERVISOR Before coming to the WAC 16 months ago, Ben Stanton was an electrician. He started at the WAC as a Banquet Houseman, where his stellar performance caught management's attention. Last spring, Ben was promoted to Banquet Supervisor. Club Programs Event Coordinator Cheryl Simmons calls Ben a customer-service superstar. "His kind attitude, willingness to do anything that's requested of him, and friendly smile are all trademarks for success," Cheryl says. Vice President Food & Beverage Peter Christian notes Ben's "member first" attitude toward serving each guest. "Ben is a go-getter," Peter says. Chief Engineer Bryan Cook agrees. "He is an excellent team player who remains calm when last-minute problems arise," Bryan says. Ben says he's thankful for his fellow team members' hard work and calls working at the WAC "incredible." DID YOU KNOW? ✪ Ben was born in Alaska. The first time he went down a mountain on skis he was 2 years old. ✪ He enjoys painting, drawing, doodling, and is an avid reader. ✪ He's been star struck twice in his life. The first time was when he met Harrison Ford and the second was when he met Bo Jackson. ✪ Ben applied to work at the WAC because he wanted to be a part of a place he respected. Ben grew up as a member and says the Club had a significant impact on his upbringing.
