M onday: 10–10:45 am Get Fit Step This is a low-intensity step class with easy-to-follow choreography. Fun music and a motivational and entertaining instructor will help you shape up and have some fun at an easy pace. Group training offers most of the benefits of personalized training as well as the camaraderie and competitive spirit of a group dynamic.
