Not sleeping well? Stressed? Noticing symptoms of irritability, lack of drive, reduced exercise capacity, fuzzy thinking, or tingling in your hands or feet? Vitamin B-12 deficiency or suboptimal levels of B-12 can cause all these symptoms.
