Modern Manners for Modern Kids will focus on all aspects of table and social manners. Arden Clise of Clise Etiquette will use her experience as an etiquette consultant, radio host, and columnist to teach young WAC members the importance of everyday etiquette. Class starts with social manners, including making and receiving introductions, telephone and email conversations, and etiquette in public places, as well as courtesies that count. Then you'll explore the traditional ways to set a table, handle silverware, eat difficult foods, and interact at a meal. With more than 25 years of experience, Clise will give each child the knowledge and tools to understand how to act and why, which in the end gives the child self-confidence and a sense of comfort in any setting—either with peers or adults.
