WAC Pastry Chef Lori Masaki will show you how to make the perfect puff. Watch Lori work through the process of making the complex dough, then help her create a variety of tasty fillings. You'll be everyone's favorite host or guest with this recipe under your belt—and just in time for the holiday season! Everyone will go home with a new skill as well as dough and fillings to re-create the experience at home.
