You and 11 other people are trapped in a room. As you look around, you begin to notice strange messages—or are they clues?— hidden around the room. Can you and your team solve the puzzles, find the key, and get out within an hour? Grab your friends, relatives or co-workers to test your mental might and escape the world- famous Puzzle Break rooms, located on Capitol Hill. Inspired by popular online escape-the-room games, the live and col- laborative version has been a hit in Seattle and San Francisco. The secret to success: communication and a variety of thinkers. Some people have analytical minds, some are good at visual puzzles, and those who don't think they are good at anything may surprise everyone. Your escape includes a happy hour social—one drink and two appetizers per person—at Poquitos before or after your puzzle break. Limited to 12 people per time slot. Let's journey to Seattle's Georgetown neighborhood, still emerging from its rough-around-the-edges reputation and decades-long sleep. Georgetown is brim- ming with taverns, breweries and eateries, and this tour is a perfect way to explore the heart of industrial Seattle. We'll venture to five of Georgetown's most drinkable establishments. Meet at the WAC and then hit the road in the chicest of motor coaches as we voyage through the streets of Georgetown, where we'll raise a glass and enjoy some eats at each stop. Our journey will take us to 9 Lb Hammer, Jules Maes Saloon & Eatery, Marco Polo Bar & Grill, Georgetown Brewing Co. (home of Manny's), and Emerald City Beer Co. Get ready to dive into a day of mayhem in Georgetown. Tour includes round-trip transportation, brunch and five drinks. 12–6 pm; $60; cancel by March 11 N E W A French Affair Thursday, April 23 Immerse yourself in French culture, food and wine without leaving Seattle.
