o matter how you pour it, our ninth annual
Taste Washington Winemaker Dinner is a wine
lover's dream. This year's event again unites
guest chefs, sommeliers, winemakers, and 125 very
lucky guests for a six-course meal, complete with wine
pairings and viticultural insights.
Set for Saturday, March 28, in the Crystal Ballroom,
the dinner will offer a delicious union between the
culinary and the cask.
"The Taste Washington dinner ranks among our
top events every year," WAC Vice President Food
& Beverage Peter Christian says. "It's a magnificent
celebration of Northwest food and wine."
The event sells out annually, and tickets are now
available.
WAC Executive Chef Eric Floyd works closely
with each guest chef as well as WAC Sous Chef Mark
Stelmach and Pastry Chef Lori Masaki. Dinner begins
at 6 pm. Cost is $150 per person, inclusive of tax and
gratuity ($160 for nonmembers). To reserve for this
