S aturdays: 8:30 am, 9:05 am, 9:40 am (30 min) Level 4: Able to swim two widths each of front and back crawl; kneeling dive; tread water. S aturdays: 8:30 am, 10:30 am (40 min) Level 5: Able to swim one length each of front and back crawl in good form; tread water for two minutes; standing dive; deep water bobbing; scissor kick; whip kick. S aturdays: 9:10 am, 10:30 am (40 min) Level 6/7: Able to swim two lengths each of front and back crawl; one length each of sidestroke and breaststroke; one length of dolphin kick; open turns on front and back. S aturdays: 9:50 am (40 min) Foundations Approaching Swim Team (FAST)/ Level 7: This class focuses on building endurance, refining the four primary strokes and introducing starts and turns. S aturdays: 11:10 am (50 min) TEENS & TWEENS fits. Channel that excess energy into a great skill. Family Water Volleyball Have some fun with the whole family— and other WAC families. For swimmers and non-swimmers alike. Participants will play the game while sitting on a noodle or treading water. Call the pool for more information. F irst Saturdays (monthly): 5:30–6:30 pm Saturday Morning Junior Basketball With Watts Basketball WAC kids have the opportunity to start learning the game of basketball from Husky legend and former professional basketball player Donald Watts. Come out and learn basketball fundamentals and basic rules of the game—and have fun. Experienced hoopsters will receive more advanced tools for quicker, stronger and smarter play. Cost: $105 for seven weeks, $20 drop-in. A ges 5–9 (9–10 am): For beginners. Learn the fundamentals of shooting, dribbling, passing and teamwork. A ges 9–13 (10–11 am): For players who have learned the fundamentals and are ready to incorporate them into game situations. Private Swim Lessons (All ages) MARTIAL ARTS/GYMNASTICS Private swim lessons are available to members of all ages and swimming abilities.
