58 | Washington Athletic Club Magazine | OCTOBER 2014 Taylor Shellfish Farms at Melrose Market August 14 It was a shellfish love-fest as members indulged in seafood stew, Thai oyster soup, steamed Mediterranean mussels, hot Dungeness crab, and a variety of freshly shucked oysters. Everyone also enjoyed a demonstration and tasting of rare geoduck sashimi. All was washed down with Oyster Award-winning wines and artisan beers.
