Onboard a London-bound luxury liner, television and Broadway star Rachel York stars as evangelist-turned-nightclubsinger Reno Sweeney, who tries to help a fellow American woo an English heiress returning home to marry a man she doesn't love. But as the S.S. American heads out to sea with a trio of star-crossed lovers, this hilariously bumpy ride proves that sometimes destiny needs a little help from a crew of dancing sailors, an exotic disguise, and some good old-fashioned blackmail. The New York Times calls this zany musical comedy a "willfully silly tale of love, deception, and celebrity-chasing on the high seas with knockout production numbers and a candy box collection of Cole Porter tunes." It won 2011 Tony Awards for Best Musical Revival and Choreography.
