Glassblowing at glassybaby Thursday, July 11 Take 13 teens, molten glass, three glass artists, and the Madrona studio of the world-famous glassybaby and what do you get? The WAC's first Just for Teens event, of course! WAC teens enjoyed an afternoon of hands-on glassmaking and left with beautiful bowls, floats, and paperweights. Each learned how to twirl, dip and blow glass into a stunning piece of art. Until next time, WAC teens! Putt Putt at the Rusty Putter Wednesday, July 17 Just "fore" fun, more than 30 WAC members came to the lush and majestic Golf Club at Newcastle for an evening of mini golf. The sun came out just in time for a night on the links. Delicious eats and drinks were served, and members took on the course in style— the more argyle the better!
