R.I.p.p.e.D. The ���One Stop Body Shock��� is a total-body high-intensity program that uses free-weights, resistance, and bodyweight and changes your focus and activities every six to nine minutes with driving, motivating music. This class masterfully combines the components of R.I.P.P.E.D. (Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance). Tuesday/Thursday: 9:30���10:30 am Sculpt Circuit A highly efficient workout utilizing a variety of fitness tools in a circuit-style format to elevate the heart rate and burn more calories.
