Guns N' Roses couldn't have said it better. Fun and games is just a touch of what's going to happen at the 63rd Annual Mother Son Banquet. Grab your safari hat, camo gear and sense of adventure, and spend the evening with your travel buddy. The quest will begin in the Crystal Ballroom with a dinner feast, activities and memory photos. All explorers need their fuel, so moms and sons 12 and over will devour an heirloom tomato stack, oven-roasted chicken stuffed with porcini mushrooms, asparagus with au gratin potatoes on the side, and finish off with a decidedly delicious crème caramel dessert. Sons under 12 will get safari-ready with a bowl of trail mix (minus nuts, but filled with dried fruits, pretzels and other delicious favorites), chicken kebabs with bell peppers, mashed potatoes and broccoli, and finish off with campfire- favorite s'more pudding. Then the true jungle safari experience begins when Reptileman lets you get up close and personal with a bevy of lizards, snakes and even a crocodile … oh my!
