Casey Schuchart, Benjamin Coffman, Tim Wang, and Jon Scholes received the honor of being included on the Journal's record of young business-leaders who are making an impact in the community. All four WAC members were nominated for the Business Journal list and carefully chosen from a large pool of applicants. They will be honored at Benaroya Hall this September. CASEY SCHUCHART is vice president of strategy and a partner at the construction firm Schuchart. He led work on the Bullitt Center, named the most energy-efficient commercial building in the world. BENJAMIN COFFMAN, a co-owner and project executive at JTM Construction, currently oversees the construction of the new Weyerhaeuser headquarters in Pioneer Square. JON SCHOLES is President & CEO of the Downtown Seattle Association. His work includes efforts to make downtown Seattle open spaces safer and more vibrant.
