Friday: 10–10:45 am Get Fit Water Exercise A low-impact, fun and invigorating workout. Make new friends and stay in shape using the water's buoyancy and resistance. Monday–Friday: 11–11:45 am Get Fit Yoga A gentle yoga class with emphasis on lengthening muscles, breathing and relaxation. Tuesday/Thursday: 8:40–10 am GROUP TRAINING Group strength and conditioning workouts are held in Functional Training Room A (FTR-A) on the 8th Floor. There is a limit of 10 people per class. More important, AIS provides functional and physiological restoration of superficial and deep fascial planes. Using a two-second stretch has proven to be the key in avoiding reflexive contraction of the antagonistic muscle. Without activating muscle-group contrac- tion, restoration of full range of motion and flexibility can be achieved successfully.
