Join master cycling instructor Pam Leno for six weeks of training to prep for success. Learn how to train with a heart-rate monitor and track your improvements in power, speed and aerobic capacity. Understand how periodization training improves the body and performance from the cellular level. This fun and informative training will teach you about threshold, tempo, lactate tolerance/buffering, climbing styles, proper bike fit and much more. We'll also join world-renowned cyclists and classes across the country through live broadcasts. Members will earn a raffle ticket for every workout in a WAC Fitness Area during the challenge period. At the end of the challenge, a drawing will be held for one free year of Fitness Advantage, valued at $720. Bonus tickets will be awarded for pounds and inches lost and for completing each Workout of the Week. She'll hold a two-hour clinic in the 8th Floor Pool from 8:30–10:30 am.
