We've reserved Rumba for a private WAC educational tasting as we explore the differences in rums. Most are made from molasses, but those made from fresh- pressed and fermented sugarcane juice are richer. Sip your way through a rum flight as you learn about the history and popularity of the world's most varied spirit. You'll also sample delicious rum-forward craft drinks made with freshly squeezed juices and balanced house syrups that are flavorful, focused and not overly sweet. The rums will be paired with tastes of the tropics from their food menu, which is designed to showcase pan-Caribbean island flavors. Come take a tropical vacation without leaving the city.
