Want to learn how to design a memorable brunch menu that balances breakfast with lunch, creativity with traditional favorites, and seasonal freshness with casual indulgence? Blue Ribbon Cooking will host a day of education, decadence, and delightful brunch favorites. Start the brunch feast off with appetizers and a lesson in how to clean, store, shuck, and sample oysters. Next up, cocktail mixing! After that, roll up your sleeves and head to the kitchen for a hands-on cooking lesson. Finally, enjoy all of your creations while overlooking beautiful Lake Union.
