There will be no live horses or bulls at this dude ranch, just a mechanical one! Let your inner cowboy fly as a mechanical bull, good for all ages, takes center stage. Inspired by Chinese fare, Thai cooking blends taste, color and texture into unmistakable dishes. We will prepare pad thai and chicken or prawn pad see ew. Thai cuisine is one of Eric's favorites, and he will share his secrets for creating these dishes easily at home for friends and family. Chef William von Schneidau, owner and founder of BB Ranch in Pike Place Market, will teach you all about sausage-making, starting with the best available meats from local grass-fed beef. In this class at von Schneidau's shop, you'll learn how to select the right meat and spices for perfectly balanced flavors. Then you'll grind and mix the meat, choose the right casings, and tie up your links. You'll take home two pounds of your own handmade sausage. Event includes butcher demonstration, hands-on sausage-making, snacks, and beverages. Space is limited.
