Instructor approval required. Monday: 5:15–6 pm Xcelerate This high-intensity program involves multiphase workouts designed to keep your body guessing and getting stronger. Clients will learn proper form, proper progressions, and will be educated on the proper program for them. Periodization is a critical component of this program and creates different loads and intensities, allowing you to gain lean muscle and reduce body fat. Trainers Will Whatley and Mona Caravetta will lead you each step of the way and help you determine the best exercises to achieve optimal results.
