Assume a split stance with knees slightly bent and right heel lifted. Grip kettlebell in hand of rear leg. 2. Hinge forward from hips, bringing chest almost parallel to the floor while keeping spine straight and abs engaged. 3. Drive through front foot to a full upright position, finishing with tight glutes and quads. Complete two sets of 10 on each side. THE WAC WOMEN'S BASKETBALL TEAM WON ITS FIRST Pacific Coast Athletic Clubs (PCAC) championship this past March. e team took the tournament at home as the WAC hosted the annual PCAC basketball tournament March 14–15. "We have an amazing group of women," said Syesha omas, who coaches the WAC women with Krystal Robinson. "ey're not only outstanding players but incredible individuals. at's what makes this championship so rewarding." e WAC defeated archrival Olympic Club twice, including a seven-point victory in the championship game in front of a packed WAC gym on the final day of the tournament. Players on the team include Syesha, Lindsey Wilson, Alison Lacey, Heidi Heintz, Georgia Gier, Reagan Pariseau, Courtney Clapp, Enjoli Izidor, Mikaela Cowles, and Jennie Wild. e team traveled to the national club tournament in San Francisco in late April. Knockout coach RICARDO ACUNA, WAC boxing instructor, took members of the University of Washington boxing team to the National Collegiate Boxing Association championships in early April. e Husky women earned the overall women's team championship, claiming three individual crowns. e event took place at the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, New York.
