Tri/Cycle Social Thursday, May 29 e WAC Tri/Cycle Club will gather in Hagerty's Clubroom for its May social. Meet members of the club, hook up with training partners, and plan a summer of fitness. e May social will feature Neal Goldberg, a physical therapist who specializ- es in sports orthopedics rehabilitation. Goldberg is the founder of Footworks Physical erapy in Pioneer Square. He'll discuss common foot and ankle injuries as well as tips and tricks for avoiding and healing them. Tuesday/Thursday: 7–8:15 am (finishes with 15 minutes of core), 10:45–11:45 am, 5:30–6:30 pm Saturday: 7:30–8:30 am Energy Cycle & Core Forty-five minutes of cycling to get your heart pumping and calo- ries burning, followed by a 15-minute core- strengthening workout. Monday/ Wednesday: 12–1 pm Tuesday/Thursday: 5:45–6:45 am Groove Cycle A music-driven calorie burn. Tuesday: 6:30–7:30 pm Kalorie Killer A nonstop step aerobics and muscular endurance class. Saturday: 8:45–10 am Pilates Mat Strengthen abdominals, gluteals and lower back muscles as you lengthen and improve alignment, coordina- tion and balance. Beginners are encouraged to attend the Monday 12:10 pm class.
