Bond Girl Kettlebells L U K E R U TA N Women-only kettlebells. Instructor approval required. T hursday: 5:15–6 pm Kettlebell Basics Xcelerate This high-intensity program involves multiphase workouts designed to keep your body guessing and getting stronger. Clients will learn proper form, proper progressions, and will be educated on the proper program for them. Periodization is a critical component of this program and creates different loads and intensities, allowing you to gain lean muscle and reduce body fat. Trainers Will Whatley and Mona Caravetta will lead you each step of the way and help you determine the best exercises to achieve optimal results. If you're looking for a new approach to realize your goals, this program is for you. Monday/Wednesday: 7–7:45 am, 12–12:45 pm Tuesdays/Thursdays: 6–6:45 pm Saturday: 8:30–9:15 am strengthen, lengthen and align the body. M onday/Wednesday/Friday: 6:30–7:45 am, 9–10:30 am Power Yoga A more vigorous movement-based yoga class. Wednesday: 5:15–6:15 pm Restorative Yoga Supplement your regular yoga practice with this gentler and slower paced style of yoga. Props assist therapeutic poses. S aturday: 8:30–9:30 am GET FIT CLASSES Get Fit classes are designed for adults seeking a more gentle or entry level workout. These classes are $10 or free with Fitness Advantage. W ednesday: 5:15–6 pm Power Lunch Total-body strength and cardio conditioning. T uesday/Thursday: noon Power Swing Metabolic kettlebell workout. Instructor approval required. Monday: 5:15–6 pm Get Fit Stretch and strengthen your body. T uesday/Wednesday/Thursday: 10–10:45 am Get Fit TRX Join us for a great suspensiontraining workout for core strengthening. M onday: 10–10:45 am Get Fit Step This is a low-intensity step class with easy-to-follow choreography. Fun music and a motivational and entertaining instructor will help you shape up and have some fun at an easy pace.
