{BUZZ} F E B R UA RY / M A R C H | 2 0 1 4 Taking flight MUSEUM OF FLIGHT EXERCISE OF THE MONTH Taste of Tuscany AMID SOUTHERN TUSCANY'S COUNTRYSIDE, Castello Banfi's 2,400-acre estate cultivates some of the worlds' greatest vines. This March, the internationally acclaimed winery will share its insights and pour selected vintages at the kickoff event of our 2014 WAC Winemaker Dinner Series. Castello Banfi's U.S. wine ambassador Luciano Castiello will be the guest of honor at the March 1 event and will speak about each wine poured. Castello Banfi, a family-owned operation, takes pride in its organic and cutting-edge winemaking techniques. About 40 million years ago, the estate's land was under an ancient sea. Now, the maritime soil allows vines to grow deep, adding complexity and richness to the wines' flavor. Enjoy city and water views from the Top of the WAC as you take a trip to the tables and fields of Mediterranean winemaking. Join us at 6 pm.
