Members who complete 10,000 kettlebell swings between November 1 and December 31 will receive a kettlebell T-shirt. Sign up in Coed Fitness on the 4th Floor. $15 or free with workshop (see below) Beginners Kettlebell Workshop Friday, October 25 & Saturday, October 26 Two one-day workshops for novice kettlebell swingers will take place from 5–6:15 pm on Friday, October 25, and from 9:30–10:15 am on Saturday, October 26. Group training can help take your fitness level up a notch. For details on current group training classes, see page 44. Personal Trainer Will Whatley will lead the Friday segment, and trainer Mona Caravetta will lead the Saturday segment. The workshops will introduce you to the kettlebell and teach you how to make the most of your workouts. $35 members/$45 guests, includes registration for 10,000 Swings Challenge; contact ptcoordinator@wac.net to register tri/Cycle Swim Workouts A WAC Tri/Cycle Club pool workout. All lap swimmers welcome. tuesday/thursday: 6–7 am; free tri/Cycle tour of Corsica Members of the WAC Tri/Cycle Club will participate in a bike tour of beautiful Corsica on June 8–22, 2014. The tour is being organized by Erickson Cycle Tours, headquartered in Seattle and one of the most experienced bike tour operators in the world. This tour is open to riders of all abilities with distance options each day. Non-riding companions are welcome to stay with the group and rent a car for excursions.
