A la Carte By Eric Floyd, Executive Chef Delicious refreshment New juices give Club dining a non-alcoholic twist W eric floyd and allen yoo hen it comes to refreshing flavors, few things can match a great glass of cold fruit juice. That's one of the reasons we've added four new juice-based non-alcoholic drinks to the menu in Torchy's. These exciting new drinks provide a great alternative to a cocktail or soda while also delivering some refreshing health benefits. One of my early favorites is the kale-ade, packed with kale, apple, cucumber, celery and lemon juice along with ginger and honey. We do all the juicing right here in the Club. You can order these drinks in Torchy's or, coming soon, take them to-go from the Club Shop and Sports Café. As the seasons change, so will our offerings. Look forward to blueberry, orange, apple and carrot juice sourced from local organic and sustainable farms. In the meantime, here's a look at two of our newest creations.
