This quarterly informal mixer is fastpaced and focused on linking you to a roomful of members and the WAC. It's easy, non-threatening and fun. Here's how it works: PreLink starts at 6 pm and gives everyone a chance to arrive, grab a beverage, enjoy appetizers, and be ready at 6:30 pm for SpeedLink. During SpeedLink you'll meet 15 different people in three-minute link-ups to talk about whatever you want. Everyone gets the same starter question. You take the conversation from there. After SpeedLink, there is an all-play group activity before last call. Experience WAC Link Quarterly in a different venue each time. The Johnson Lobby Lounge plays host this spring. Join us for an evening of appetizers, socializing and networking. To receive WAC Link updates and reminders, email clubprograms@wac.net and write "Link List" in the subject line. 9 | Tubing & Brews 9, 23 | Pizza Class at Serious Pie 14–23 | War Horse 27 | Pie in the Sky 27 | Sub Seattle Tour 28 | WAC Night at Teatro ZinZanni FAmIlY AcTIVITIeS 6–8 pm; complimentary; appetizers and cash bar LeT US knOW! and gratuities. Designing a memorable brunch menu presents an opportunity to delicately balance breakfast with lunch, creativity with tradition, and seasonal freshness with warm comfort. Blue Ribbon Cooking School hosts a day of education, decadence, and delightful brunch favorites. Upon arriving, you will be greeted with delicious hors d'oeuvres that include petite dill scones and caviar. The class begins by teaching basics on how to clean, store, shuck and sample oysters. No brunch gathering would be complete without cocktails, so you'll also learn how to mix and create Bloody Balsamic Marys and Peach Thyme Bellinis. Next, it's time to roll up your sleeves and head into the kitchen for a hands-on cooking lesson. A lavish menu including Champagne-poached salmon, baked eggs with goat cheese, wild-mushroom bread pudding, and dessert crêpes awaits. Finally, enjoy all of your creations tableside while overlooking beautiful South Lake Union. As you can see, this is more than just brunch—it is complete indulgence. Class includes oyster lesson and sampling, cocktail mixology session, handson cooking instructions, and a full brunch. $105; 10 am–2 pm; cancel by April 12 WAc Teen Advisory Panel Do you love the WAC as much as your younger siblings do?
