When you're happy with the flavor you've created, a two-ounce package of tea—enough for about 25 cups—will be yours to take home. Your personal and custom tea blend would also make a great gift. Workshop includes tea, ingredients, tea container, instruction, light hors d'oeuvres and scones. 6:30–8:30 pm; $45; cancel by January 28 Pie in the Sky Wednesday, February 27 (sold out) anquet rB Dau g h t e l Father n n ua ALLLY T ALLLY TA Y TO T TO TO R R 65th A ULA R B ULA TU B TU LAST CALL! 65th Annual Father Daughter banquet "Totally Tubular" February 7–8 The Father Daughter Banquet is almost here. NEW Glass Distillery Wednesday, march 20 Recently opened just south of Safeco Field, Glass Distillery shatters everything you thought you knew about the distilling process. Never one to shy away from a spotlight or quietly accept convention, co-owner Ian MacNeil wanted Glass Vodka to represent a taste for curious rebellion. He and business partner Adrian Higginbotham challenged the staid notion of using potatoes and grains to make vodka and instead began distilling it from grapes, giving this classic spirit a modern and local twist. Grape-based vodka is unconventional and uncommon—it can even be risky. Local grapes and soil impart unique nuances usually found in superior vodkas and offer unexpected flavors—both for connoisseurs and casual drinkers. Come taste and experience Glass Vodka for yourself. While you're at it, enjoy hors d'oeuvres, tour their stateof-the-art facility, and see creativity and passion at work. 6:30–8 pm; $50; cancel by March 13 TIcKeTS TICKET HOTLIST: Be the first to know when we get tickets.
