We have you covered. Participate in free stroke clinics on the third Friday of every month, hosted by WAC Masters Swim Coach Eric Williamson. Spin to Win Tuesday, April 19 Cycle instructor Cris Kessler will take you on a 90-minute indoor ride starting at 5 pm. Cris will also help with cycle adjustments and assist with heart-rate monitoring as needed. Prizes and giveaways will be awarded to lucky participants! Tuesday, April 19th; 5 pm Lifeguard Training Sundays: April 24–June 5 Learn the CPR/AED, water rescue, and first-aid skills necessary to become a Red Cross–certified lifeguard right here at the WAC. A swimming pretest is required to participate in the course and will be conducted at the 6th Floor Pool.
