USA Triathlon Pacific Northwest Winter Seminar Saturday, January 9 This seminar features industry-leading experts on all things triathlon. Run, swim and bike with your friends. Learn about training, nutrition and goal-setting. Most important, have a blast! For ages 6–14. Participants must be able to safely swim at least 25 yards. Training sessions will be held 12–2 pm on Saturdays, March 26–April 16. Triathlon takes place 9–11:30 am on Saturday, April 23. $50 training, $60 event, $100 both.
