This is truly a signature wine event." –WAC Vice President Food & Beverage Peter Christian Winemaker dinners The WAC is committed to collecting, storing and serving wonderful wines. We strive to educate members and create meaningful connections with winemakers through our Winemaker Dinners. These dinners offer a unique opportunity for WAC members and guests to expand their wine knowledge and appreciation—and enjoy exquisite cuisine. Coming events include: Our annual Taste Washington Winemaker Dinner unites members with premier in-state winemakers and includes a six-course meal highlighted by dishes from a select group of guest chefs. Pepper Bridge winemaker John-François Pellet is a thirdgeneration wine grower and has experience growing vines in Switzerland, Spain, Germany, and the Napa Valley. Pellet is also a founding member and treasurer of Walla Walla Valley's sustainable agriculture organization, VINEA. To make reservations, contact 206.464.3050 or catering@wac.net. The Taste Washington Winemaker Dinner occurs during Taste Washington, billed as the nation's largest single-region food and wine event. This year, Taste Washington returns to CenturyLink Field Event Center on March 29–30. The event includes the annual Grand Tasting and aw delicious selection of food, including some of our own. If you attend, make sure to find us. Also during March, Torchy's will feature some of the state's finest wines. So raise a glass and celebrate Washington Wine Month.
