Get Fit classes are designed for adults seeking a gentler or entry-level workout. X Tuesdays/Thursdays: 8:30– 9:45 am; Sundays: 12–1:15 pm MAX Cycle An all-out endurance ride that incorporates the newest in fitness programming. Our instructors guide you through a new ride each time with sprints, hills, and other stami- na challenges. X Saturdays: 7–8 am Pilates Mat Floor exercises strengthen your abdominal, gluteal, and lower back muscles as you lengthen and improve alignment, coordination, and balance. X Tuesdays: 12–1 pm Restorative Yoga Supplement your regular yoga practice with this gentler, slower-paced style of yoga. Props assist with therapeutic poses. X Mondays: 8:30–9:45 am; Saturdays: 12–1:15 pm TRX Core A full-body workout designed to strengthen the postural muscles. Class is taught us- ing a TRX suspension trainer, but accommodations can be made for those who do not have one. X Saturdays/Sundays: 8–9 am X Vinyasa Yoga Fluid transitions between poses link your body and breath, focusing on honing your alignment. X Mondays/Wednesdays: 10–11 am; Fridays: 9–10 am Ongoing Programs Aquatic Programs Group Swim Lessons Registration for Winter Ses- sion II opens February 5 on the WAC app and instruction begins February 10. X $55 (30 minutes); semi-private lessons $75 (two-person limit) WAC Juniors Swim Club Exercise while having fun in the pool! This recreational program is for WAC kids ages 9–17 who already have the ability to swim all four strokes. WAC instructors help with swim technique and stroke efficiency. Watts Basketball Learn from Husky legend and former professional bas- ketball player Donald Watts. Players of all skill levels are welcome to come learn the basics or fine-tune their skills. Small group and semi-private training sessions are also available. Running Track The WAC running track is the perfect place to exercise on a rainy Seattle day. Encir- cling the 8th Floor gym, the running track also features a small corner fitness area.
