Exercise while having fun in
the pool! This recreational
program is for WAC kids
ages 9–17 who already have
the ability to swim all four
strokes. WAC instructors help

A gentle yoga class with

relaxation. Get Fit classes are
designed for adults seeking a

MAX Cycle
An all-out endurance ride
that incorporates the newest
in fitness programming.
Our instructors guide you
through a new ride each time

Floor exercises strengthen
your abdominals, gluteal,
and lower back muscles as
you lengthen and improve
alignment, coordination,
and balance.

Restorative Yoga
Supplement your regular yoga
practice with this gentler,
slower-paced style of yoga.
Props assist with therapeutic
