Watts Basketball Learn basketball from Husky legend and former professional basketball player Donald Watts. Virtual Fitness Classes Get Fit (Hatha) Yoga A gentle yoga class with emphasis on lengthening muscles, breathing, and relaxation. Get Fit classes are designed for adults seeking a gentler or entry-level workout. X Tuesdays/Thursdays: 8:30– 9:45 am; Sundays: 12–1:15 pm MAX Cycle An all-out endurance ride that incorporates the newest in fitness programming. Our instructors guide you through a new ride each time with sprints, hills, and other stamina challenges. X Saturdays: 7–8 am Pilates Mat Floor exercises strengthen your abdominals, gluteal, and lower back muscles as you lengthen and improve alignment, coordination, and balance. X Tuesdays: 12–1 pm Restorative Yoga Supplement your regular yoga practice with this gentler, slower-paced style of yoga. Props assist with therapeutic poses.
