This boot camp–style class incorpo- rates interval training and swimming. Participants can expect to swim at least 500 yards with interval-timed and deck workouts. X Fridays: 10–11 am Aquatic Cardio and Strength Lower-intensity class for those who want a water workout without aggravating joints, hips, and knees. Interval train- ing–style class with resting periods. Participants can ex- pect to use both the shallow and deep end of the pool. X Fridays: 10–11 am Aqua Fit Yoga Supplement your regular yoga practice with this gentler, slower-paced aqua yoga session. Improve your strength, flexibility, and balance in the water. Participants can expect continual movement and relieved muscular tension through the water's resistance. X Thursdays: 10–11 am Boxing Join our WAC boxing coach X Our 8th Floor Simulator is equipped with state-of-the-art tools to elevate your golf game. With summer in full swing, there's no better time than now to take advantage of the WAC's golf resources. Before you hit the links this season, consider a lesson with WAC Golf Coach Gilbert Quitlong, a Golf Fitness Performance Evaluation with Dr. Ryan Gutz, or even a golf-centric training session with one of our personal trainers! X Mondays/Wednesdays: 7–7:45 am, 6–6:45 pm; Tuesdays/Thursdays/ Fridays: 5–5:45 pm; Saturdays:12–12:45 pm; Sundays: 11–11:45 am Cardio Fitness Deep Water This workout incorporates interval cardio and strength training in deep and shallow ends of the pool.
