It is great to see the new energy around the Club. If you're new or just looking to meet more members, it is easier than ever to become connected at the WAC. We recently launched about a dozen affinity groups, including the WAC LGBTQ+ Club, Book Club, WAC Walkers, Mahjong Club, WACky Knitters, Outdoor Adventure Club, Heritage Club, Seattle Discovery Club, 50s-plus Club, and Supper Club. Learn more at wac.net/affinity-groups. e WAC app also provides many opportunities to connect with the Club and other members. I encourage you to give it a try. Some of my favorite things on the app include mobile ordering from the WAC Café, event and fitness class reservations, and the ability to book Spa appointments! If you don't have the WAC app yet, download it at ourapp.me/wac. Event and fitness reservations will soon be moving to the app only, so don't delay! Our newest space, 1930, is bustling with activity. On average, we're seeing 300 members a day enjoying this space! Wondering what happened to the Club Shop? It's still here and still stocked. You can find it and all your favorite WAC-logo items around the corner from the Inn at the WAC front desk. Looking for a fun day outside? Cheer on the WAC lacrosse, rugby, and soccer teams around the city. Our teams are comprised of top-tier athletes who exhibit the utmost sportsmanship in representing the WAC. Games are complimentary and family-friendly. View the schedules at wac.net/wac-teams. I look forward to seeing you at the Club! With much gratitude, Jennifer Porto Chairman of the Board of Governors jporto@wac.net
