Our popular Summer Evenings Over Elliott Bay return this
summer for another round of intimate al fresco dining on the
balcony of the 10th Floor Elliott Bay Suite.
Following a champagne toast, WAC Executive Chef Eric
Floyd will lead diners on a unique culinary experience
that is sure to take taste buds to new heights. Along with a
multicourse dinner with wine pairings, members and their
guests will be treated to sweeping views of Puget Sound and
the Olympic Mountains.
e menu for each of these dinners will change based
on seasonal availability. e evening concludes with dessert.
"I love the creative process of putting together the menus for
these multicourse dinners," Eric says. "e intimate setting is
beautiful."
