Spring is upon us and not only
does that mean more daylight, but
it also means the WAC has more
opportunities in store to help
keep you active. Hit the weight
rack, join a morning group run,
enjoy a refreshing swim in Helene
Madison Pool, or check out our list
of ever-expanding in-person group
fitness classes to stimulate your
mind and body. We have added
new Pilates, yoga, barre, cycle, and
strength classes to our schedule.
Our fitness professionals are here to
encourage, challenge, and provide
a safe environment. Keep your
fitness routine fresh by changing
up your usual activities with a new
