Simulator Located within the WAC Café on the 8th Floor, the simulator offers high-tech golf options for players of all levels, as well as fun golf games for the entire family. Running Club Join our running club and come train for the Seattle Marathon with elite marathon runner Yon Yilma. The running club hosts weekly Wednesday morning runs. Aqua Boot Camp: Low intensity Low intensity for those who want a workout without aggravating joints, hips, and knees. Interval-style class with resting periods. Minimal swimming. X Fridays: 11 am–12 pm Aqua Boot Camp: High intensity High intensity for those who want a tough water workout. Boot camp–style class designed with interval training and swimming. X Fridays: 10–11 am Aqua Fit Yoga Supplement your regular yoga practice with this gentler, slower-paced aqua yoga session. Improve your strength, flexibility, and balance in the water. X Thursdays: 10–11 am Blitz 45 Short on time, big on results. These high-efficiency workouts keep your routine fresh and on target. Instructors focus on one of our many formats, such as strength, plyometrics, cardio, and core. X Mondays/Wednesdays: 6–6:45 pm; Tuesdays/ Thursdays/Fridays: 5–5:45 pm; Saturdays: 12–12:45 pm CORE Cycle A lights-out, music-driven rhythm ride. All levels welcome. X Tuesdays/Wednesdays/ Thursdays: 5–6 pm Power Barre Level up your barre workout with weights, bands, and medicine balls to help strengthen endurance.
