Artistic director, jewelry designer and master goldsmith Kevin Crane invites you to his boutique, where he���ll discuss the history of jewelry and some of the unique ways it helps tell the story of civilization. You���ll also have a chance to explore and discover your personal style by trying on different pieces. With guidance from experts, you���ll be able to drape yourself in diamonds and gems and feel the splendor of pure indulgence���for the evening, at least. Champagne and Fran���s chocolates will be served. Reservations are a must. Group will meet for this after-hours private event at Crane Jewelers downtown. The rooftop is where our evening begins with a garden-inspired cocktail. Colin McCrate, owner of Seattle Urban Farm Company, will then take us on a tour of the rooftop farm he maintains for the caf��. If you have always wanted to create a kitchen-container garden, don���t miss McCrate���s advice and expertise. A host of seasonal, sustainable and organic herbs and vegetables grow on the rooftop. They also play starring roles in many of the dishes served by the caf��. We���ll settle in on the rooftop terrace, complete with fireplace and heaters, where you���ll taste and experience executive chef Jason Stoneburner���s specialty appetizer selection and enjoy a glass of wine.
