Much of the decor combines the rich architectural detailing of the time with modern artwork and details. The main dining room is a massive space with deeply rich wood paneling. Yet the walls are adorned with huge modern artwork selected by the membership. The cocktail lounge on the first floor takes you back to the mod Mad Men era. A scene of the Great Chicago Fire hand-etched in black linoleum by renowned Chicago artist and architect Edgar Miller in 1954 covers the walls. If the lounge isn't enough of a draw, the complimentary happy hour nosh will certainly draw your attention. The fitness facilities offer an indoor lap pool and gymnasium as well as a full range of machines, classes, and personal training. Interested in a pickup game of basketball?
