Monday : 11–11:45 am Joints in Motion Ease joint and muscle pain. This class takes participants through gentle range- of-motion, joint-mobility and flexibility exercises. It is appropriate for those suffering from arthritis or muscle pain and stiffness or those recovering from an injury. Wednesday: 10:30–11 am; free with Fitness Advantage Masters Swim Team Join coach Eric Williamson for organized workouts to enhance endurance and improve stroke technique. Private lessons are available during family swim times, based on availability. First and third Wednesdays: 7:30–9:30 pm; free for WAC members Basketball Coach—Donald Watts Donald Watts, a former Husky and professional basketball player, brings his master coaching to the WAC. Washington State Consensus Player of the Year in 1995, Watts reached his heights in Seattle with two NCAA appearances. Traditionally, the game is played one-on-one. ICS appeals to a range of ages and skill levels. ICS soccer balls can be checked out at the 6th Floor Sport Shop. Each Wednesday and Saturday, the squash courts are home to a handicapped event for all skill levels. Just show up and play. Wednesday: 6 pm Saturday: 10 am 6th Floor courts Tennis Pro—Ryan Pang Improve your swing with WAC Tennis Pro Ryan Pang, a former collegiate player and assistant coach at Santa Clara University with international tournament credentials.
