workout from WAC Personal Trainer John
Leslie. It takes less than 10 minutes and can
be done daily at home, in the office, or just
about anywhere. "Mobility and flexibility
are foundational to a healthy lifestyle," John
says. "Staying mobile puts less strain on the
body, decreases stress and injury risk, and
even aids in healthy aging. Try this short
routine every morning for a week and see if
you feel any different."

Mobility on the go
Thread the Needle, 6 reps
Child's Pose, 10 breaths
(in through the nose, out through the mouth)
Cossack Squat, 10 reps
Cherry Pickers, 10 reps
Pigeon Stretch, 30–60 seconds as able
Quad Stretch, 30–60 seconds as able
Hip Flexor Stretch, 30–60 seconds as able
