WAC Boxing Coach Elliot Park teaches weekly classes that introduce fighting fundamentals with an emphasis on the sport's
cardio benefits. Even for avid boxers, like member Haley Ormiston, working with Elliot has dramatically improved her fitness,
technical skills, and footwork. "Plus," she says, "the group training format feeds into my competitive nature and gives me that
extra push to keep going." First-time attendees often participate without gloves, but you will soon want to bring your own!
