Get Fit Total Body

A gentle yoga class with
emphasis on lengthening
muscles, breathing, and
relaxation. Get Fit classes are

9:45 am; Sundays: 12–1:15 pm
MAX Cycle
An all-out endurance ride
that incorporates the newest
in fitness programming.
Our instructors guide you
through a new ride each time
with sprints, hills, and other
stamina challenges.
u Saturdays: 7–8 am
Pilates Mat
Floor exercises strengthen
your abdominals, gluteal,
and lower back muscles as
you lengthen and improve
alignment, coordination,
and balance.
u Tuesdays: 12–1 pm
Restorative Yoga
Supplement your regular
yoga practice with this
gentler, slower-paced style
of yoga. Props assist with
therapeutic poses.
u Mondays: 8:30–9:45 am;
Saturdays: 12–1:15 pm
TRX Core
A full-body workout designed
to strengthen the postural
muscles. Class is taught
using a TRX suspension
trainer, but accommodations
can be made for those who
do not have one.
u Saturdays/Sundays:
8–9 am
Vinyasa Yoga
Fluid transitions between
poses link your body and
breath, focusing on honing
your alignment.
u Mondays/Wednesdays:
10–11 am; Fridays: 9–10 am
Yoga Shala
Enjoy this practice of longer-
held poses that lengthen and
align the body.
