Ongoing fitness offerings ATHLETIC Events and fitness at and around the Club Programs Fitness Classes: 206.839.4781 | Aquatics: 206.464.3086 | wac.net/fitness Fitness Classes In-Person Fitness Classes In-person fitness classes gener- ally take place on the 4th Floor of the Clubhouse. In-person fitness classes included with Fitness Advantage (wac.net/fa), $18 per class without. Water fitness classes do not require Fitness Advantage or daily fee. Aqua Boot Camp: A high-intensity class for those who want an advanced water workout. This boot camp-style class incorporates interval training and swimming. Participants can expect to swim at least 500 yards with interval-timed and deck workouts. u Fridays: 10–11 am Aquatic Cardio and Strength Lower-intensity class for those who want a water workout without aggravating u Get your sweat on at one of our many group fitness classes! These high-efficiency workouts keep your routine fresh and on target. Instructors focus on a mix of our many formats, such as strength, plyometrics, cardio, and core. u Mondays/Wednesdays: 7–7:45 am, 6–6:45 pm; Tuesdays/Thursdays/Fridays: 5–5:45 pm; Saturdays: 12–12:45 pm; Sundays: 11–11:45 am Cardio Fitness Deep Water This workout incorporates interval cardio and strength training in deep and shallow ends of the pool. Participants can expect a low-impact Tap Menu / Athletics & Fitness to sign up for classes, book court and Simulator times, place personal training requests, and more!
