Edith Ewing Bouvier Beale (���Big Edie���) and her daughter Edith Bouvier Beale (���Little Edie���) were Jacqueline Kennedy���s aunt and cousin, respectively. During a storm, a group of men is washed up on the shore of this dreamscape island. The queen���s daughter falls for one of the young men, and the trials of their love are the elements composing this production, performed in the round inside a huge blue and yellow tent in Redmond���s Marymoor Park. Cirque du Soleil shows are renowned for their spectacular combination of European circus, acrobatics, gymnastics, dance, and theatrical effects.
